Public Relations Intern
at R&R Agency (Part of APPRI)
Indonesian Public Relations Company Association - Asosiasi Perusahaan Public Relations Indonesia (APPRI), held an incubation program for Indonesia's top universities' public relations students. I joined the program in Sept-Dec 2021 as one of my university's representatives and was placed in the partner agency, R&R Agency.
Along with the other 3 members, we were assigned to a team project that helped the agency to do research and prepare the pitching proposal. Furthermore, I was appointed as the group leader that was in charge of assembling the team for project meetings and contacting the mentors in a daily manner.
Business Development & Partnership Intern

I was part of the sponsors team for the company's annual event: Passion Playground Festival (PPF) 2021. I built and maintained communication with potential partners for the event in daily manner. For the event, I also assist in handling Industry Talks (one of the events at PPF 2021) speakers from 10 different industries, as well as being in charge of the event's media & ticketing partner.
Apart from the annual event, I was also entrusted to handling the company's B2B projects. The job requires me to plan and execute ideas or projects for the company (often also for PPF 2021).

Student Organization Experience
An Advisor for BSSC Webinar, "Create a Balanced Lifestyle During the Crisis Time"
With the other two advisors, I supervised the committee during the preparation stage. It was a thrilling experience as this webinar series was the first online event held by BSSC.
Even though it was our first time, the event was successfully held for two consecutive days with different topic on each day. At the end of the event, the committee was credited for its good work and even got the chance to do another collaboration with Nitesh B. Gianchandhani!
Manager of Public Relation Division at BSSC 10th Presidency
At my second year on BSSC, I became the manager of Public Relation Division. The main focus of this division is to build and maintain the organization's image as well as the representative of BSSC in communicating with external parties. In addition, we also have to retain the standards of partnership. As the leader, I supervise the quality control of the division's functions.
Under my leadership, we managed to obtain a partnership with several renown brands such as Dairy Queen, Mihimihi, and many more.

Having to lead 12 people for a year isn't an easy task for me. Each of their personalities itself are a challenge for me because not only that I have to transfer knowledge and make sure they can keep up with the job, I also have to keep the harmony and make sure they enjoy the organization lives. But in the end, I love how this team changed me for a better person!

MC at BSSC Squarelympic 2019
It was another chance for me to improve my public speaking! BSSC Squarelympic is a sport event by the organization. Here's some documentation of my partner and I during the event!
Moderator of Talk Show at BSSC Cadre Forming
Another first time, another room for growth. BSSC Cadre Forming is an event to select the new members of BINUS Square Student Committee (BSSC), a student organization at BINUS Square, the dormitory for Binusian.
A secretary at BSSC WONDER 2019 "Extragalactic"
BSSC WONDER is an event specifically intended for the new boarders of BINUS Square. BSSC works to introduce them to the BINUS Square environment, BSSC itself, and to fellow new boarders. In 2019, with the outer space theme "Extragalactic", we welcome more than 450 new boarders. It was held for 3 batches followed by our closing event, "Hello University Life", a total of 4 days.
EXCOOR: executive committee (EXCOM) and coordinators. I was a part of the EXCOM as the secretary of the event. With the other two EXCOM (project manager and treasurer), we supervised and quality controlled the 6 divisions of the event.
A coordinator at BSSC LIFE FEST "Look Back, Be Grateful"
BSSC LIFE FEST was event from BSSC that aimed to spread awareness about how to appreciate life and always be grateful.
After a lot of ups and downs during the preparation process, we successfully held the event for three consecutive days with 10 activities that gathered a total of more than 300 participants and around 1000 visitors. One of our activities was seminar "Love Your Life" with Andovi da Lopez as our speaker.

There were 6 divisions and I got the chance of being the coordinator for one of the division: Consumption & Registration Division. It was the first time I joined as an event committee and working with these amazing people was definitely a once-of-lifetime experience.
Our visit to one of the orphanage house in Jakarta as the event closing. It was a memorable day for me as I got to see and heard many stories from them in which I truly learn to appreciate my life more.
MC at BSSC Earth Hour 2019
BSSC Earth Hour is an annual event from the organization to join the Earth Hour movement by World Wide Fun for Nature (WWF). It was my first time on being a MC and honestly, I got so much better at public speaking since then!
Achievements
BSSC WONDER is an event specifically for welcoming the new boarder. With my experience as the secretary of the event on previous year, I joined the event as the staff of event division this year.
BSSC Webinar "New Normal, New Lifestyle" is the first online event held by BSSC. Together with the other two Advisors, we successfully held this event on July 24th, 2020.
In 2019, I joined the event as the secretary. As one of the event's core committee, I supervised and quality controlled the event preparation.
In 2019, I took part in the event as the coordinator of Consumption & Registration Division. As the head of this team, I had to handle all the important data of the participants as well as the committee. At the end of the event, this team was credited for its outstanding works.
During my first year at BSSC, I was active as a staff of Public Relation Division. This division is the representative of BSSC in communicating with its external stakeholders in which I got to implementing what I've learned in class relating to public relation to here.
On the second year, I was the manager of this division.

I have a big interest in writing and I'm in the process of improving and learning to put it into a good use like writing stories or article which I hope can be published in the near future.
