I highly value transparency at workplace as I believe it will make the workplace communication be efficient and effective.

I always communicate my opinion, struggle, and aren't afraid to ask when I can't understand something. In addition, I am also good at listening to others and friendly.

Flexible & Adaptable

I can work both as a leader and follower in a team. I can adapt well to the any kind of situation and people as I've worked with a lot of people from various kinds of background during my student organization years.

An Eager and Fast Learner

A never-ending cycle of self-improvement is a must. I have high curiosity toward many things and I love to invest in something that allow me to improve myself, especially if it's something challenging. Another thing to be noted is that I'm a fast learner by doing.

When I have to make decision or simply giving my opinion, I always try to stay as objective as I can to avoid being biased. I train myself to always look at something from several perspectives. Also, I'm very open to positive criticism or feedback as I personally think it's the best way to improve yourself to be better.
